Netherhood Welcome Wagon – Top Rosters

Spread the love

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Sam from Top Rosters.

Sam has been playing WoW for going on four years, often times taking up a leadership responsibility in progression focussed guilds. During his experiences in filling raid teams, he often found himself astounded at how awful, and un-thought out, many of the applications that he saw come his way. With that in mind, he thought it would be great to start a resource for those who were looking to apply to some of the top guilds in WoW.

As Sam laid out his plans, the idea grew from offering advice and tips for how to successfully apply to a top guild to a comprehensive raiding resource that includes ideas, discussion and guides for all aspects of the raiding scene. In addition to all of the information he’s already acquired, he has been working on building a team of class columnists to assist him with class specific information (if you are interested shoot him a note!).

Among the many things that are discussed by Sam and his team, you can find advice on how to interact with trial members during their trial period, as well as tips on how to raise concerns about a guild member. You will also find tips on how to avoid tunnel vision and making the transition from PvP to PvE.

All in all, I think this is a great resource to the community! I think Sam is off to a great start, and I can’t wait to see what other topics he addresses! Welcome to the Blogosphere, Sam!

Every Tuesday, Beruthiel from Falling Leaves and Wings is bringing you the Welcome Wagon, introducing new bloggers and great reads. If you know of a new blog to the scene or wish to get your name out there, please send an email to fallingleaves51@gmail.com, with the subject line “Welcome Wagon.” She’ll do her best to highlight as many as possible!
