Twisted Blog of the Week Married IRL

Cay aka Stephi and Fio aka Jason are the brains behind Married IRL. From their about page:

Jason and I are two run of the mill gamer geeks who happened to meet at the right time. Coincidentally, it was at a Live Action Role Playing game (LARP) back in ‘01. After a few years of courtship, and a fun proposal at the same game three years later, we’ve been happily married since 2005.

We both play tons of RPG’s, though Jas (Fio) has a bigger repertoire than I do. We play video games, both PC and console and our biggest habit at the moment is World of Warcraft.

We’re (practically) Co GM’s of Aetherial Circle on the Drenden server, an alliance guild that is considered one of a few very bloggy type guilds in the WoW-verse.

When you started talking about wanting to hear what Cay’s squeaking sounds like, I reflexively started lowering my volume.

  • Needless to say I was stunned when I got a response on the show!
I was expecting a response in a comment in the show notes,
and this definitely a really cool surprise.
    🙂

  • Thanks for discussing my topic. I have also gotten a lot of responses on my site. I think the largest point that most people can agree upon is that most bloggers, and readers, are better at finding answers on the internet to enhance their WoW experience, and are typically better communicators than someone that might not put in the time and effort to do either.

Thanks for the great show guys!

  • Thanks for the reading of my email. Jaffa was most excited. Thank you also for the blog plug. I’ll see about maybe sending in an audio clip or something. You guys are great, thanks and keep up the good work.

  • When I first saw the name of this week’s blogcast, I thought it had to do with the fact that your guests were married. I forgot you were doing the whole “show #30 – we get a mount”.. lol

  • Ok, maybe it did have something to do with your guests as well, and not just the name of their blog? *easily confused* =)
