Blog Azeroth Shared Topic – After Arthas

This week’s Shared Topic invited us to gaze into our crystal balls and share our thoughts on what will happen to Azeroth and its people after Arthas is defeated.

This great idea was suggested by Ringo Flinthammer of Flinthammer Hall:

What now? What happens to the world of Azeroth? What happens to the people, the factions. How does this affect the relationships between the Alliance and Horde? What does your character think happens next? Is this the end for you, as a player, especially if you started, as I did, with Warcraft III? Is this the "end of history?"

While I expect my post-Arthas speculations to fail miserably, I can predict with some certainty that next week’s Shared Topic will stray away from lore and focus more on gameplay tricks as we share tips (or, in some cases, silly stories) on staying alive as a melee dps. I also predict that Saresa will be back in town by the time the next topic ends. While I look forward to seeing her around the Nether again, I have to say I’m sad to hand these writeups back to her. It’s been a blast!
