Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Annuillae of Anuillae’s Analytical Assertions!

Annuillae started playing WoW during WotLK who enjoys a very laid back experience with the game. She started out studying the arcane ways of the mage, but has since started exploring the light with her holy paladin. In addition to WoW Annuillae enjoys playing Minecraft and other RPGS, including fighting dragons in Skyrim.

While her blog isn’t limited to her WoW gaming, she does enjoy chronicling her WoW adventures and she has been participating in Saga’s 20 days of WoW blogging. Outside of WoW Annuillae is an English and Classical Civilisations student who enjoys a bit of Physics and Economics on the side.

Amongst other things, Annuillae has explored Blizzard’s Horde bias and discussed some of her favorite Transmogrification Sets. Of course, Hoarders has nothing on her, as she discusses the top three WoW collectables. She also looks at the question all bloggers face at some point in their blogging career: to blog, or not to blog?

Veroicone has been playing WoW since just after The Burning Crusade release and has been a druid since her very first day. After deciding to try the leafy side of the druid, she fell in love and hasn’t looked back since! Learning of her love for healing, she naturally decided to see what the other healers had to offer and has been experimenting with all of them at varying levels. She enjoys both the PvP and the PvE aspects of the game and actively participates in both.

Veroicone has been blogging since she was just a wee lass, and decided that she’d like to start journaling her adventures in Azeroth. Veroicone writes on a number of WoW related topics, and love to share any tips or tricks that she finds, as well as videos that she makes!

Veroicone offers her thoughts on what the guild finder needs as well as some advice to guild leaders on how to not lose your guild. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Lance of Pandaren Monk.

Lance has been playing WoW since vanilla. As the cataclysm hit, lance started to lose interest in the game, but the recent announcement of the upcoming Mists of Pandaria expansion has renewed his interests in WoW. He found himself very excited about all things Pandaren and decided to begin exploring the race and the new Monk class. In addition to taking an early look at the talent calculators, he has also given some thought to how monks might work with active mitigation.

If all of that seems very heavy, don’t worry! Lance has taken some time to sit down and consider the really important aspects of what being a Pandarian is all about. You know, things like the importance of picking a proper Pandaren Name. You might also want to reconsider your thoughts on the new Pandaren racial after reading his thoughts on being bouncy.

Hello everyone! Today I’d like to introduce you to Aidrana of Miss Pew Pew.

Aidrana was introduced to Blizzard games through her adventures with Diablo and started playing WoW towards the end of The Burning Crusade. She started exploring the end game in the middle of WotLK and hasn’t looked back since. She is currently enjoying her time tackling Cataclysm’s raid content with a great group of friends. If you can’t find her in game, you are likely to find her behind a camera, or perhaps playing around in photoshop.

Aidrana started her blog in hopes to meet more of the community, and share her experiences in the game. You can find her thoughts on flexible raid rosters, playing with a disability in WoW or working with two healers in raids. You can also learn a little bit about each of her characters, raiding without vent or see her artist’s eye in a series of screen shots!

Cymre has been playing WoW since Vanilla, starting off her adventures as a hunter. However as the Burning Crusade was about to change the face of WoW forever, Cymre decided to see how it felt to turn in her arrows and find the light – or more simply known as rerolling a priest. She is a bit of an achievement hound, using her free time to chase them all down. In addition to managing her guild website, “catching them all” when it comes to non-combat pets and keeping up to speed on her professions, Cymre has become quite the fashionista! She’s discovered tons of ways to dress herself up for any adventure or activity in the game.

Over atBubbles of Mischief you might learn a little bit about Captain Sanders and his mysterious treasure map, or perhaps you have been dying to know how to craft a Buffy outfit for transmog purposes. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Apple Cider of Apple Cider Mage.

Apple Cider started playing WoW back in vanilla, drawn in by its social attributes in combination with the beautiful aesthetics. She soon found herself drawn into the raiding game and before she knew it was defeating the Burning Crusade and The Lich King with the same guild that took her through Molten Core. In addition to raiding, Apple Cider is an alt-aholic and avid seeker of WoW’s hidden (and sometimes not so hidden) lore. She loves questing, and has a holiday collection many might envy.

Apple Cider also loves exploring every corner of Azeroth, and has been places she likely had no business being! She’s been a mage since her first day in WoW, yet no portal can contain her adventurous attitude. One of the reasons that Apple Cider decided to start blogging was to share not only her in-depth knowledge, but also her unique perspectives on WoW. Cider is both a die-hard social justice advocate and feminist – and takes those perspectives and applies them to how she views WoW. Which, in turn, leads to some very engaging blogging!

Should you decide to head over and take a peak, you might find that Cider has some thoughts on Blizzard’s new ad campaign or on what one might feel when an era ends. Hello Everyone!  I’d like you to join me in welcoming Tikari of Tricks of the Trade!

Tikari started playing WoW back in Vanilla. He decided to try out Warcraft after having played many MUDS (if you aren’t old enough to know what these are, it’s ok, we still love you!) and many first person RPGs. He leveled his rogue up to 60, but not having the time to raid, soon moved on to other adventures. Halfway through Wrath of the Lich King, Tikari found that he had extra time again and decided to give WoW another look. He picked it up as easy as riding a bike, and soon found himself at level 85 and ready to start raiding. He joined Apotheosis and hasn’t looked back since!

Tikari hopes to help new and intermediate rogues learn the shifty way of hiding in the shadows, stealing all the gold from your pockets, making everyone angry in PvP and the other ins and outs of roguery (I’m sure there is something else rogues are good at?!). In addition, he’s very excited about becoming more involved in the community. Ok, ok. I guess rogues aren’t all bad. You can learn more about Tikari as he starts the popular 20 day blog challenge.

Apparently, besides being sneaky, rogues have quite a bit to offer. You can learn about how to evaluate assasination rogues with WoL or even how to steer Lord Rhyolith. Tikari also offers his thoughts on the new MoP Rogue talents and the upcoming rogue legendary.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Secretbrew of Channeling the Mist.

Secretbrew started her WoW career at the encouragement of her brother back during The Burning Crusade. Thinking that WoW was just a fad, she was reluctant to make the commitment to the game. However, after the success WoW saw during it’s original release, Secretbrew drank the koolaid and started a Warlock. It wasn’t long before she realized that dps wasn’t her cup of tea, and she decided to reroll a Druid lot heal.

Once Secretbrew started healing, she found she couldn’t stop, and eventually found herself healing with Blood Legion through progression content. Enjoying healing on her Druid, she was quick to learn about the extremely strong Druid community. As information started to release about the mistweaver monk, Secretbrew found she was enamoured with the possibilities and immediately fell in love with the class. Having seen the strength of the Druid community, she thought she’d start the monk community off right, and thus Channeling the Mist was born.

Eventhough the monk class has limited information available, Secretbrew has done a fantastic job compiling the data and offering her thoughts on the possibilities of the class. You can find some basic information on the monk class along with some of the new things we will be seeing in Pandaria. Secretbrew also looks at some of the first pieces of information that we have on the Monk healing style.

I, for one, am excited about the pandas and think that Secretbrew is off to a great start! I can’t wait to see what she has to offer as we learn more about this mystic race. Welcome to the blogosphere, Secretbrew!

Wait, what?!

You see, this is where I usually introduce a new blogger to the community.  Only today, rather than do that I wanted to use this space to give a very big Thank You to both Fimlys and Hydra for everything that they do for the community.  Every year the thing that really makes Blizzcon is the people.  It’s not the announcements about the pandas.  It’s not getting to play a Zerg campaign (which, by the way, I had my ass handed to me with).  It is, however, all about the people.  And every year, Fimlys and Hydra do a lot of work to make an amazing community meetup and it is one of the highlights of my Blizzcon experiences.

So today, rather than welcome a new blogger into the community, I wanted to take this time to let these two amazing people know how much the community appreciates their hard work!  Hydra, Fimlys I feel that I speak for the community when I say “thank you” and that the blogging community wouldn’t be the same without your efforts.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Rayze of The Lazy Tree!

Rayze started playing WoW somewhere around patch 3.2, and while being a long time fan of RPG types games, he was new to the MMO experience. Not wanting anything to do with raiding when he started the game, he joined a social guild. He spent the start of his WoW career dancing naked in Ashenvale, retro-raiding and jumping from the dam in Loch Modan. Soon enough, however, Rayze was bitten by the raiding bug and started raiding on his Warlock to see what it was all about.

Rayze raided on his warlock until mid Tier 11, when he decided he wanted to give healing a go and started raiding on his Druid. He loved the change of pace, and started avidly digesting the many druid and healing focused blogs available. At some point he felt that he wanted to contribute his thoughts on raiding, healing and WoW in general and started up The Lazy Tree!

Rayze has started out fantastically! You can find a some guidance on setting up Tell Me When and a resource page of helpful healing information. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Feya of The Cynic Dialogue.

Feya has been playing WoW since Molten Core was all the rage. The thought of working together towards a common goal with a group of people has always fascinated him, and raiding is what keeps him engaged in WoW. Feya brings an extensive background in healing, having healed everything since first stepping foot into Molten Core. His guild history includes raiding with some very progression focused guilds, but right now he finds that progression on a more relaxed 9-10 hour schedule fulfills his current gaming needs. He is currently an officer in Shining Force, a guild that focuses on progression on a lighter raid schedule.

Feya has always played a paladin, with some mild flirtations with Resto Druids. However, he continues to come back to the challenges that Holy Paladins bring. He enjoys working through the challenges of the niche “tank healing” that paladins have seen, and appreciates the satisfaction found in knowing that many times you are almost singularly acting to keep a tank’s life in balance.

The Cynic Dialogue focuses mostly on Paladin healing and being part of the leadership structure for a progression focused guild (you might even see some theory crafting being thrown around!). You will find some ideas on how to assess healers as an officer, or some thoughts on the great mastery and crit debates. There is the start to a great series on the best secondary stats for paladins as well as some interesting thoughts on possible Holy Radiance Changes. You will also find some great thoughts on current hard mode encounters.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Garrosh Hellscream of The Warchief’s Command Board.

We all know Garrosh Hellscream as the…shall we say…polarizing Warchief of the Horde.  What you may not know about him, though, is that he’s recently discovered the joys of the internet, and has added his own unique (and often loudly irritated) voice to the blogosphere.  In his journey from Nagrand to Northrend to Orgrimmar to cyberspace, Garrosh has accumulated a wealth of experience (yet a poverty of sophistication…) to share…and if there’s one thing we know about Garrosh, he’s not one to hesitate to share what’s on his mind.

The Warchief’s Command Board offers us a window into the life of Garrosh, and all the trials and frustrations that comes with being the orc in charge.  With the occasional aid of his in-house tech goblin Spazzle, Garrosh shares his thoughts on the state of Azeroth and invites us along for his many colorful experiences.  So far he’s paid a visit to some of the Horde’s outposts around Kalimdor, gotten trolled in Barrens chat, fielded some rather pointed questions from his mailbag, and even treated us to a few samples of his very own attempts at poetry (no, really).  Oh, and struggled to figure out the delete key.  That one seems to be an ongoing issue.  Hopefully Spazzle can help straighten that out for him.

Poor Garrosh!  So many problems, so little time! I mean, just take a look at the all of the mail that he receives! No wonder he’s so stressed out and angry all the time! I mean, it seems to me that all the poor man wants to do is enjoy some of his delicious Lemon Squares in peace! Of course, there is also all of the travel that keeps a warchief away from home. Not to mention that insufferable goblin that is always underfoot!  I suppose it is certainly easy to see why he appears to be so angry!  When really, he’s just hungry and travel weary.  Maybe if he took a day at the spa down in Feralas.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Jadissa of Yelling on the Internet.

Jadissa started playing WoW a few months after the game’s launch. Having been a fan of Blizzard’s previous efforts, he found it no surprise that he was immediately hooked. His favorite instances are Karazhan and Ulduar. No one it taking away his gnomish engineer’s guild membership. And he enjoys the lore, play and looks of the Draenei! Jadissa spends his time raiding as a paladin (Draenei, of course!), and enjoying the challenges Firelands is presenting.

In addition to WoW, Jadissa’s guild and social group has decided to explore additional group gaming. Including other MMO’s, League of Legend and Steam Games. As a group they’ve found that these adventures have helped to build up their friendships outside of WoW, and have really been enjoying getting to know each other even better.

Over at Yelling on the Internet Jadissa hope to look at a variety of topics surrounding gaming culture. You might find something about WoW one day, and Rift the next. Or thoughts that transcend one game into the more general MMO topics of raid leading and guild leading. He intends offer his thoughts up for conversation, knowing that not everyone will agree with him, but will have intelligent conversations about different topics in the gaming community. You might find things such as what it feels like to go from driving the raid bus, to being a passenger. Or perhaps a look one tank’s take on the great threat nerf. Or perhaps have an interesting conversation about your thoughts on the looking for raidd tool.

Hello everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Srsbusness of Simply Business.

Srsbusiness has been playing WoW since vanilla, drawn into it from his time spent playing Doom and Diablo II. He has a very indepth Character history, and has enjoyed many aspects of WoW in his six years playing the game. He started blogging to have an outlet to provide his perspectives on both WoW and Diablo, as well as shake it up with some real life snippets on how he juggles his game time. Srsbusiness aslo hopes to be able to provide shadow priest insights to aspiring shadow priests, offering feedback on how he approaches the art of shadow priesting, as well as tips and tricks that he’s used in his adventures.

Amongst other things, Srsbusiness can help you walk through the tricky parts of the Tarecgosa quest line or help you respec for the benefit of your healers. He also new fun in an old game and flirst with the viability of raiding as a frost mage.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Quahepok of The War Stomping Grounds!

Quahepok started playing WoW in the heart of the Wrath of the Lich King. Having not played a computer game since the late 90′s, he found himself drawn in. While he has been tempted by other distractions, he finds that WoW has enough different activities to happily fill his gaming time. In addition, he’s got two long time friends who keep close via the game, and they frequently find themselves up to all kinds of mischief together. With his time constraints, Quahepok finds that he doesn’t have time to raid, but still enjoys many other aspects of play that WoW has to offer. This especially includes the communication aspects of WoW! He finds himself a podcast junkie, and just can’t get enough!

Quahepok started blogging to clear out some of the thoughts floating about in his head. He hammers out stray thoughts and chats about a variety of different topics ranging from aspects of casual play to what it means to be a “casual player”. In addition, he’s also started a podcast, in which he is able to use his favorite medium to discuss one of his enjoyable past times! You can hear him discuss finding fun in PvP and talk to you about how he gets five levels in under an hour. You can also read his thoughts on “Roll” playing and looking at the different tiers of the shaman.

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Nashamire of Grin and Bear Tank It.

Nash started playing WoW in the twilight of The Burning Crusade and spent most of his time PvPing on his feral druid waiting for Wrath to release. With the start of WotLK, Nash was introduced to the PvE side of things, remembering fondly his first experience with Gruul, before he even knew what a raid was. However, Nash found that his time commitments to his family and his job were more than he could juggle as a full time raider, so he is a standby with his guild. Don’t fret though! He enjoys filling his time with PvP (still!) and achievement hunting.

Nash started Grin and Bear Tank It to outline his adventures as a bear tank, however as it turns out Nash is now playing a Holy Paladin and so the blog has evolved from tank talk to heal talk, with some all around WoW talk thrown in for good measure! If he’s feeling frisky, you may even find a rant or two

Nash has explored what he’s looking forward to with Transmorgification, and entertains you with a little insight to his most surprising quirk. Borsked has been around longer than many of the blogs that have been spotlighted on the Welcome Wagon. However, when I was looking for some new blogs to spotlight, it was brought to my attention that Borsked had never received a welcome wagon post. As such, I thought I’d go ahead and remedy that! Borsk has been playing WoW and leading raids since Vanilla. He is currently the GM of the longest standing guild on the Zul’jin server, Bood Red Moon. Borsk started his blog to discuss his thoughts on Raid Leading and general shaman healing. In addition, Borsk is an avid movie fan and you are likely to find many film and pop culture references on his blog. You might also find him as one of the co-hosts of the Matticast.

Borsk takes a diverse look at many things that surround his time with WoW. You can find a very in depth analysis of The Raid Documentary, or a fun limerick about The Night Before Firelands. You can find some strategy discussions or the struggles leaders face when confronted with attendance woes. You might even find a very interesting, philosophical look at the raiding bubble.

Hello everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Shannon from My World of Whoa!

Shannon started playing WoW right before Wrath of the Lich King released. She created a Night Elf Druid, Hearthyn – named for her daughter Heather. However, when wrath released, Shannon found she was drawn to the Death Knight. Soon after leveling her Death Knight, she was bit by the raid bug. Recognizing that everyong and their brother had a Death Night, she turned back to her druid.

She soon found a home, and spent the next two years learning how to raid heal as a druid. Shannon was very fresh to druid healing when her guild took her in and they coached her into becoming a fantastic healer. She finished out WotLK getting with her Kingslayer title and flying around on a Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher. She continued raiding through Cataclysm, but a few months ago had an unfortunate falling out with her guild and has been spending a fair bit of time relaxing on her alts.

As she continues to explore Azeroth, she’s noticed a change in the culture of the game. And thus My World of Whoa was born. An avenue for Shannon to let off some steam, share he experiences and even help other budding druids grow into strong trees.

You will find information from hunting down rare spawns to fun Tuesday Haikus. You can read her take on Resto Druid Healing or her disappointment with her guild and bullies. You might also find a lesson or two on etiquite in the dungeon finder!

Gladiola and Manners started playing WoW during the Burning Crusade. Not knowing each other, the two of them met during the first months of the WotLK when Gladiola joined Manner’s guild. After many late night talks and conversations, Gladiola and Manners started dating and have been a force to be reckoned with ever since!

Between the two of them, they have raided on many different toons throughout their WoW careers, remaining flexible to help their guilds, while still being able to raid together. Right now, they are both enjoying the game from a healer’s perspective, and couldn’t be more thrilled with making the green bars go right! In game you can find Gladiola and Manners raiding, taking part in PvP, chasing achievements or immersing themselves into the lore.

Gladiola and Manners started The Ready Check as a way to connect with current and past guildmates and keep in touch with real life friends who also enjoy WoW. They focus maining on their experiences in raiding and chasing achievements, with the occasional addon review.

You will be able to find advice on things such as soloing firelands trash or navigating Mr. Robot. You can also read about many of the adventures that Gladiola and Manners take. Hello Everyone!  I’d like you to join me in welcoming Arolaide of Dragonsworn!

Arolaide started playing WoW with the beta, after a long love affair with the Warcraft RTS games. When she originally started her adventures began with a Tauren warrior determined to muddle through regardless of how many times the alliance killed the quest givers in any given night. Finally giving into the frutsration of seeing the poor Barrens quest givers slaughtered (yet again!) she packed up her bags to join the winning team. Well, at least the team that would let her turn in quests! Eventually, Arolaide completed every quest she could locate, and decided to look into raiding. She hasn’t looked back since!

Dragonsworn was actually started because Arolaide needed to familiarize herself with the WordPress platform, and couldn’t think of a better way to do so than be working with it herself! She likes to look blog posts as conversations and very much enjoys the interaction with others as a result. Luckily for us, Arolaide has lots to things that she loves to dicuss and never fails to keep us intruiged!

You will find that Arolaide’s thoughts cover many spectrums from gaming in general, to role play and raiding. You might be able to pick up a few tips on how to continue to enjoy the raid game as a parent or debate the value of 25 man raiding. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Vasburg of Internet Hooligan!

Vasburg started playing WoW during Vanilla and joined into the raiding scene at the start of The Burning Crusade. He’s tried both PvE and PvP content, and has found that he enjoys the freshness that PvP brings – always finding new challenges as you are presented with an ever changing line up of opponents. As he found himself growing busier with his apprenticeship outside of the game, he found that he enjoyed a more casual approach to his play. Logging in and spending time with friends, running a few battle grounds, and tinkering with engineering.

Vasburg started Internet Hooligan to present everyone with some of the fun things that he created in photoshop and via his own hand, as he spent time adventuring through Azeroth. He focuses largely on Machinima and Design – with a side of PvP here and there. In addition, he has started a fun little live stream project called Saturday Sketch Night, where he encourages folks to submit a screenshot of their character and then watch him livestream his bringing your character to life via his drawings! You can see some of the early sketches here.

Neo has been playing WoW since just before the start of The Burning Crusade and had loved every minute of his adventures in Azeroth. He’s been tanking as a druid since Karazhan, but has experience playing all four of the tanking classes. While Neo enjoys exploring other classes, he can’t quite seem to avoid the call of the tank and always finds himself at the mean end of the creatures in Azeroth.

Neo covers his thoughts and perspectives on tanking, along with his tips for gearing, gemming, enchanting and specing for a feral tank. In addition, Neo likes to offer feedback on new things happening both in game and in the community. Neo has done a series on things that will make you a better tank. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join my in welcoming Mebhy of Pyromania!

Mebhy start playing WoW just before the release of The Burning Crusade and was a “completely terrible warrior tank”. Deciding that tanking wasn’t for him, he took up the mantle of the mage and hasn’t looked back since! He raided all through wrath, and has continued his raiding in Cataclysm as an officer and class leader in his 25 man progression guild. Mebhy stared blogging as an outlet for his thoughts and to share them with the WoW community.

He hopes to cover a large range of topics with his blog, but has a primary focus on the challenges that one faces taking on a leadership role in a guild and, of course, mages! He intends to do a series documenting the creation of the new caster legenday, Dragonwrath, complete with FRAPS’d footage of the quest chain!

Mebhy has addressed some great topics already, including the importance of communication between your officers and your guild and the struggles that raid teams face when they start hitting walls (a topic near and dear to my heart!). He has also explored the effect that Rage Quitting has on not only the player, but the guild as a whole as well as musing about when it might be best, or if you should, quit your raid team.

Zaralyn has been playing WoW since Vanilla, enticed into the game by friends who had played the Beta and had shared their experiences. She took a break at the start of The Burning Crusade, finding that the change in raid format brought forth many problems in her guild that she just didn’t have the heart to deal with. Zaralyn returned to the game mid-WotLK, and finding her guild had a shortage of healers decided that she’d level a healer to help.

At the start of Cataclysm, Zaralyn found herself in quite the predicament. She wanted to raid with her husband, but was limited by his work schedule – which required him to be awake at 3:00 am each day. The obvious solution to Zaralyn was to create her own raid team, and set her own schedule! Her raid team is part of a larger guild, which helps cut down on part of her workload, and provides her more time to focus on just raiding. She works with a group of folks who have similar scheduling conflicts, but would still like to see end game content. While they may not be setting world records, they continue to progress on content while it’s relevant and enjoy the time they spend together.

Zaralyn started her blog so that she could have somewhere to host her thoughts in more than the 140 characters provided by twitter. She discusses any number of topics from raid leading to druiding. She discusses her decision to start her own raid team as well as an in depth look at different loot systems that she has experienced. You can also find her thoughts on building a raid team and some of the different ways that trinkets can interact with innervate.

Sunnier started playing WoW right after The Burning Crusade was released, drawn in by her dorm-mates her freshman year of college. She raided everything from Karazhan to Ice Crown Citadel with a feral druid named Safari. Once Deathwing wreaked havoc on Azeroth, she deicded that it was time to start fresh and created a worgen druid – Sunnier. She has a passion for feral tanking, and can’t imagine doing anything else with her druid! She’s almost as equally passionate about raiding, and strives to progress as far as possible.

She started A Sunnier Bear as a way to share her experiences and display boss strategies in a nice, clean format. In addition to all of the feral chatter, she’s also expended into other topics, such as raiding and feral tanking.

Lunarsoul started playing WoW during the twilight of The Burning Crusade. While his original focus was in the ways of the arcane, it wasn’t long before the darker callings of priesthood caught his attention. Of course, after that it wasn’t long until he saw the light and decided to study in the ways of the holy. After seeing the PvP side of the game, Lunarsoul decided to see what PvE had to offer and raided his way through WotLK. He is currently still healing his way through Cataclysm!

Over at WTS Heals Lunarsoul explores a number of interesting topics, such as The Benefits of Gnome Racials and The Great Priest Mastery Debate. He also explores unleashing his inner shadow priest via smite and the different styles of healing disc priest might use in this tier of raid content. Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Amerence from Amerence Love WoW.

Amerence started playing WoW just before The Burning Crusade released, at the encouragement of her sneaky rogue boyfriend (gotta watch out for those rogue, I tell ya!). She opted to start with a priest, as that is the class that she had enjoyed while playing Ragnarok Online, and was something she felt comfortable with from the start. While she enjoys the holy side of things, something wicked happened when Deathwing destroyed the world, and Amerence found herself exploring the darker, shadowy side of priesting. She’s also quite the alt-oholic, and enjoys exploring what other classes have to offer.

Amerence started her WoW focused blog to share her experiences in the game on a daily basis, and different from some other blogs has a routine that she likes to follow to help her track her adventures. Hello Everyone, I’d like for you to join me in welcoming Rax of Raid Trauma!

Rax has been an MMO player for twelve years, starting in Everquest and working his way through varying MMOs up until WoW. His original character in WoW was a resto druid, who raided MC through Naxx in Vanilla. He took a bit of a break during TBC, but returned with the call of Wrath of the Lich King – this time raiding as a Fury warrior. As Cataclysm approached, he realized that he missed the healing side of things and picked up his Holy Priest to explore content.

Rax started blogging towards the end of WotLK while he was still playing his warrior, but wanted to make a fresh start with his shift in playstyle, and thus Raid Trauma came to be. Rax hopes to look at the struggles and triumps experienced by raiding guilds, as well as provide the occasional tidbit about priest healing!

Rax explores a variety of topics, from a look at guild drama to offering his thoughts on wiping and progression. You will also find him exploring some very sensitive topics, such as dealing with the it’s just a game mentality the best ways to improve raider performance.
