Netherhood Welcome Wagon – Little Blue Dog

Spread the love

Hello Everyone! I’d like you to join me in welcoming Rustbeard of Little Blue Dog.

Rustbeard started playing WoW towards the end of The Burning Crusade, at the behest of a work colleague. It was his first MMO, and despite having tried several others, remains the only MMO that he is playing. He played regularly up until the end of WotLK, where he took a short break from the game. Rustbeard has a passion for collecting companion pets, mounts and achievements. He’s a severe alt-aholic, and while he has some experience playing a tank and a healer, the damage dealing game is where he finds his calling.

Outside of WoW, Rustbeard is a forty-something guy who works in construction project management (building things like power plants!) in the greater New Orleans area. When he’s not building things or playing WoW, he enjoys a round of golf, fishing or a spot of photography.

Little Blue Dog covers a large array of topics, including guild leadership, in game collecting (pets/mounts), huntering and an occasional rant. Additionally, every Friday Rustbeard treats us to an interesting screenshot of something he caught in game!

If you head over to Little Blue Dog, you can find many interesting articles such as learning what Rustbeard thinks makes an encounter click and how he feels that archeology brings him closer to his Dwarf roots. While you are there, you can also pick up some tips and tricks for first time hunters. You might also enjoy his editorial on elitist attitudes or thoughts on random groups.

Rustbeard is off to a fantastic start, and I can’t wait to read more! Welcome to the blogosphere, Rustbeard!

Every Tuesday, Beruthiel from Falling Leaves and Wings is bringing you the Welcome Wagon, introducing new bloggers and great reads. If you know of a new blog to the scene or wish to get your name out there, please send an email to fallingleaves51@gmail.com, with the subject line “Welcome Wagon.” She’ll do her best to highlight as many as possible!
